Wen Zhen, CFO of Zhongjing Electronics Group; Yang Chuanwei, Deputy General Manager of Zhuhai Zhongjing; Wang Dongfang, Director of the Human Resources Center; and other senior leaders attended the event in person, joining 69 new trainees from various subsidiaries to jointly witness this significant occasion.
At the outset of the event, General Manager Wen Zhen and Deputy General Manager Yang Chuanwei delivered remarks, warmly welcoming the new trainees.
General Manager Wen Zhen provided a detailed overview of the company’s development journey, business portfolio, and strategic roadmap, highlighting Zhongjing Electronics’ leading position in the industry and its promising growth prospects. Subsequently, Deputy General Manager Yang Chuanwei emphasized the key advantages of the PCB industry, noting that, as a core foundational technology for the electronic information sector, PCB is poised for robust expansion driven by the rapid advancement of 5G, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and other cutting-edge technologies. Choosing the PCB industry, he stated, means embracing a dynamic and opportunity-rich growth trajectory.

Speech by the Trainee Representative
Subsequently, Zhong Zhiqun, representing the 2024 Management Trainee cohort and other delegates, shared his insights and personal growth over the past year, emphasizing the importance of a proactive learning attitude, the power of teamwork, and adopting the right mindset toward failure. He expressed his hope that junior colleagues will gain abundant rewards and achieve extraordinary success throughout their journey at Zhongjing Electronics.
Following this, Zhou Wenjin, as the representative of the 2025 Young Eagle Trainees, delivered a speech. With great enthusiasm, he expressed that all his fellow trainees are filled with aspiration and anticipation for the upcoming Zhongjing journey, and he hopes to learn from their colleagues in their future work so that they can contribute their part to the company’s development at an early date.
Finally, Wen Zhen, Group CFO, together with Wang Dongfang, Director of the Human Resources Center, presented the camp-opening banner—symbolizing responsibility and mission—to the training camp representatives, officially marking the launch of the Zhongjing Electronics 2025 Young Eagle Training Camp.
