Recently, Huizhou Zhongjing and Zhuhai Zhongjing—two major production bases under Zhongjing Electronics—adopted an innovative collaborative model of “dual-city synergy and complementary advantages.” In just 25 days, they successfully overcame the critical bottleneck in mass-producing MiniLED at the Zhuhai facility, injecting strong momentum into the company’s development of next-generation display technologies.
In 2019, Zhongjing Electronics’ “Key Technologies for Mini LED Display Packaging Substrates” were recognized as domestically leading, and its Huizhou facility has since maintained stable supply to international end customers. However, as MiniLED technology advances toward ultra-thin and high-density designs, conventional manufacturing processes are facing growing pains such as yield fluctuations and challenges in equipment compatibility.
At this critical juncture in Zhuhai Zhongjing’s capacity ramp-up, the Group has established a “Dual-Base Technical Joint Operations Center,” led by Gao Ping’an, Deputy General Manager of the Zhongjing Electronics Operations Management Center, with a 12-member expert team working closely with the Zhuhai Zhongjing team to conduct a comprehensive, integrated effort addressing equipment parameters, process flows, and the production system.

Collaborative Innovation: Building a 1+1>2 Technological Ecosystem
In this technological breakthrough, the two major production bases have demonstrated remarkable synergy:
The Huizhou Zhongjing team leverages mass-production experience to establish process baseline standards.
The Zhuhai Zhongjing team leverages its expertise in HDI precision manufacturing to achieve breakthroughs in microvia fabrication.
The dual-base data platform enables real-time sharing of process parameters.
Establish a dual-cycle mechanism of “experimental validation–pilot production on the production line.”
Through 217 sets of comparative experiments and optimization of 85 process parameters, the team successfully achieved 90% ink-color consistency, with a P-value of 0.937, resulting in zero scrap due to gold-plating diffusion and Kashah short circuits.

Talent Strategy: Enabling Innovation to Flow Throughout the Organization
Wen Zhen, CFO of Zhongjing Electronics, stated, “Overcoming technical challenges is only the beginning; building a talent ecosystem that fosters continuous innovation is the core.” To this end, the company has established a special innovation incentive fund to award substantial bonuses to the 27 technical leaders who emerged during this攻坚 effort. At the same time, the company has launched the “Spark Program,” a talent rotation mechanism designed to send technical professionals on cross-base exchanges.
