Recently, the two major production bases of CEE Electronics, CEE Huizhou and CEE Zhuhai, have successfully overcome the "stuck neck" problem of mass production of CEE Zhuhai MiniLED in only 25 days through the innovative cooperation mode of "two-city linkage and complementary advantages", injecting strong momentum into the company's new display development.
CEE Electronics "Mini LED Display Package Substrate Key Technology" was awarded the domestic leading level in 2019, and its CEE Huizhou continues to supply stable international end customers. However, with the evolution of MiniLED to ultra-thin and high density, traditional processes are experiencing "growth pains" such as yield fluctuations and equipment adaptation ".
Facing the key node of CEE Zhuhai production capacity climbing, the group built a "dual-base technology joint combat room", led by Gao Pingan, deputy general manager of CEE electronic operation management center, a 12-member expert team, and CEE Zhuhai team to carry out the "equipment parameters-process route-production system" trinity system research.
01. Collaborative Innovation: Building 1 1>2 Technology Ecology
In this technological breakthrough, the two production bases show remarkable synergy:
● CEEHuizhou team builds process baseline with mass production experience;
● CEEZhuhai team relies on HDI precision manufacturing advantages to break through micro-hole processing;
● Establish the "experimental verification-production line trial" double cycle mechanism.
Through 217 groups of comparative experiments and 85 process parameters optimization, the team successfully controlled the ink color consistency at 90%, and the P value 0.937 the zero scrap of gold plating and sand short circuit.
02. Talent strategy: let innovation flow within the organization
Wen Zhen, chief financial officer of CEE Electronics, said, "Overcoming technical difficulties is only the beginning, and building a talent ecology of continuous innovation is the core." For this reason, the company set up a special innovation incentive fund to give heavy awards to the 27 technical backbones who emerged in this attack. At the same time, the "Spark Plan" talent rotation mechanism was launched, and the plan was to select technical talents for cross-base exchanges.
